• Refunds will be issued at the price you paid for the returned products only. Any original postage or delivery costs are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and the goods must be sent back to us safely and securely. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as the items remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
• We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been opened, removed from their original packaging, or show any signs of use, for reasons of safety and hygiene.
• Orders cannot be amended once placed.
• Because we dispatch quickly as a small team, we cannot guarantee order cancellations once submitted. If your order has already shipped, you will need to refuse delivery or return the goods to us at your own cost for a refund.
