You can book an appointment by sending me a message on WhatsApp at +447895826827, calling me on +447895826827 between 9:00 AM–6:00 PM on working days, or emailing studio@bohemahair.co. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
When reaching out, please let me know:
• the service you’re looking for or the goal you’d like to achieve
• a few suitable dates and times, to help speed up the booking process
• your full name, email address, and phone number
Once we’ve agreed on a date and time, I’ll send you a booking fee payment link (£50).
The booking fee secures your one-to-one appointment time and will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your visit.
Appointments are confirmed once the booking fee has been received.
Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment.
Prices vary depending on hair length, history and goals. A full price list is always shared on request.

The booking fee is a payment made to secure your one-to-one appointment time at BOHEMA Studio.
It allows me to reserve dedicated time, prepare for your visit, and hold the space especially for you.
The booking fee is £50 and will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your appointment.
Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable and will be retained in the event of late cancellations, rescheduling within 48 hours, or missed appointments.
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in the booking fee being retained.
This policy helps us honour the time, care, and preparation that goes into each one-to-one visit, and allows me to keep BOHEMA Studio calm and considered for everyone.
To confirm your appointment, a £50 booking fee is required. This secures your one-to-one time and will be deducted from your final service total on the day of your visit.
The remaining balance is paid after your appointment, using card or contactless payment. Receipts are available on request.
Appointments are confirmed once the booking fee has been received.
As services are personalised and time is reserved especially for you, I do not offer refunds on completed services.
If something doesn’t feel quite right, please let me know - we’re always open to conversation and, where appropriate, I'm happy to offer a redo or adjustment rather than a refund.

Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can offer you the full experience. If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened. If too much time is lost and the appointment can no longer go ahead, it may be cancelled with the booking fee retained.
